How does it work?
1 hour video call (Google Meet, Signal, or FaceTime - your choice). Or it can simply be a phone call if you prefer. We can meet just once or as often as you’d like. We’ll start and end with prayer and let the Lord lead and protect our conversation, so that whatever he wants to do in our session will be accomplished according to his will for your life.
What are your hours?
In general, I see clients from 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time Monday through Thursday. If you can not meet during these hours, indicate on the form when you can meet, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
Is this Spiritual Direction?
Since I bring the Catholic Faith and the Theology of the Body to every session, there is a lot of crossover. In addition to whatever else you’d like to address, we can dive deep into your personal prayer and relationship with the Lord. Many of my clients are also in Spiritual Direction, as they can work beautifully together, but many also find authentic Catholic Life Coaching adequately fills the need.
Is this counseling?
Coaching is not licensed therapy. We all have some mental and emotional struggles. However, if you have mental health issues including high anxiety, ongoing depression, suicidal thoughts, etc, and want a recommendation, please visit catholiccounselors for professional mental health support. Many of my clients are also in therapy or counseling, as they can work beautifully together.
What’s it cost?
$100 USD per session for general Catholic Life Coaching (anything but Porn Recovery)
For Porn Recovery, please fill out the Freedom Coaching Application found on the Contact page. FC uses a sliding scale, so your actual session fee will be determined after you fill out the FC Application. You are welcome to request me as your Porn Recovery coach or select from the awesome FC team! If you select me, I can not guarantee I’ll be assigned as your FC coach, so be sure to indicate a second coach selection on the FC Application.
Are you taking new clients?
I will do my best to accommodate anyone wishing to meet with me, however I can not guarantee that I’ll be able to take you on as a new client. This is true for general Catholic Life Coaching or Porn Recovery. If interested, please fill out your preferred form found on the Contact page, and I’ll be in touch. If at that time it seems we are not a good fit or my schedule does not allow for a new client, I will do my best to recommend someone else to you.

Do you meet with couples?
Absolutely. I meet with married, engaged, and dating couples. And at no extra charge, which is like getting a two for one!
Will it hurt?
Maybe. That all depends on what the Lord wants to do. But we will laugh. A lot. And maybe cry. Be not afraid.
